Crafted in medieval Rye, this London Dry Gin captures England’s most romantic Cinque port.
Pink peppercorns whisper of shipwrecks and Tudor timber, honeysuckle heralds ancient hedgerow sweetness, and sea buckthorn berries add bright, beach-fresh, coastal citrus.
Delivered on a rich bed of juniper and four distinctive base botanicals for a contemporary London Dry finish.
Pour 50ml in a straight glass over ice, top with premium, unflavoured Indian Tonic. Finish with six pink peppercorns and a sea buckthorn berry.
