Our bold Tequilana spirit starts in Zacatecas — far from the overfarmed heartlands of Mexico — where over 240 independent farmers from three towns grow and harvest our agave with care and pride.
Led by Maestro Mezcalero Don Lupe, they’ve built their own distillery to produce clean, expressive distillates that break from the unsustainable norms of the industry.
We bring that liquid to London, where it’s crafted and finished to the highest UK standards. This not only cuts down the carbon footprint of global logistics, but ensures every bottle of Gnarly Agave hits the bar with precision and punch.
