White Lady Gin Cocktail

Directions

1. Pre-chill glass by adding ice 

   
   

2. Peel lemon skin for garnish

   
   

3. Squeeze half a lemon

   
   

4. Separate egg white

   
   

5. Measure 25ml of lemon juice into shaker
   

   
   

6. Add 25ml of Triple Sec into shaker

   
   

7. Add egg white

   
   

8. Add 50ml London Dry Gin into shaker

   
   

9. Shake ingredients without ice to break texture of egg

   
   

10. To create aeration in drink, throw it a few times

    
    

11. Add ice to drink mixture in the shaker and give it a firm shake

    
    

12. Discard ice from glass

    
    

13. Pour drink through a fine strainer into chilled glass

    
    

14. Use knife to carve a line through middle of lemon peel, twist peel and add to brim of glass as garnish

    
    

15. Optional: Add dash of Peychaud bitters
