Premium Indian tonic water
Orange
Fresh mint
Directions
Grab a glass - ideally a large copa balloon style, or a high ball.
Pack in a load of cubed ice - go on, don't be stingy!
Add 50ml (a double shot) of Ugandan Honey Gin
Add a nice premium Indian tonic. We've opted for our pals over at Franklin & Son's here and used 200ml. You could also use 150ml, it really depends on how strong you like your G&T's.
Slice an orange and place in a nice juicy slice. Don't forget to squeeze a bit of the peel to release the zesty oils into the glass.
Tear of a sprig of fresh mint and place into your glass. Pro tip: clap the mint your hands first to release some serious aroma.
