The Ramos Gin Fizz
40ml 'KRAFT' Hopped Grapefruit Gin
15ml fresh lemon juice
15ml fresh lime juice
25ml sugar syrup
40ml double cream
Grab your cocktail shaker.
Add in 40ml 'KRAFT' Hopped Grapefruit Gin.
Squeeze in 15ml fresh lemon juice.
Sqeeuze in 15ml fresh lime juice.
Now add in 25ml sugar syrup.
Add 40ml double cream.
Add an Egg White.
Add 3-4 drops of rosewater.
Next, you need to 'pre-chill' your glass using ice, run it under cold water, or put it in the fridge or freezer. Anything to get it nice and cold.
Now ice up your shaker to the top.
Give it another firm shake. Shake Shake and more Shake!
Now get your glass. Is it nice and chilled? Discard the ice that's been chilling it and frreshly ice it back up to the top.
You can now double-strain your shaken liquid into the glass.
Top up the glass with a dash of soda water.
Sit back and enjoy your smooth, creamy and delicious Ramos Gin Fizz!
