                      Ingredients
- 
                
25ml Roobee Rhubarb Gin 
- 
15ml fresh lemon juice 
- 
10ml simple sugar syrup 
- 
Bergamot bitters 
- 
Fresh raspberries 
- 
Prosecco 
Directions
- Pre-chill champagne flute by adding ice 
- Peel lemon skin for garish 
- Add 15ml fresh lemon juice into shaker 
- Add 10ml simple sugar syrup 
- Add 25ml Roobee Rhubarb Gin 
- Add 1 dash of bergamot bitters 
- Add 2 fresh raspberries. Gently mix 
- Add ice to shaker 
- Shake 3-4 times. This cocktail does not require a lot of shaking 
- Discard ice from champagne flute 
- Pour mixture through double strain into pre-chilled champagne flute 
- To finish off cocktail, top off generously with Prosecco
