Since the early 1900s an Orange Blossom has been a favourite at Sunday brunches. Today, Seb is going to show you how to make a variation of this wonderful brunch cocktail.
Orange Blossom Gin Cocktail
30ml Kraft Hopped Grapefruit Gin
30ml Fresh orange juice
30ml Antica Formula or any sweet red vermouth. A full-bodied one is suggested.
Start off by pre-chilling a Nick and Nora glass by adding ice (any small capacity glass or martini glass would do as well)
Prepare garnish by peeling orange
Squeeze 30ml orange juice into shaker
Add 30ml Kraft Hopped Grapefruit Gin
Add 30ml Antica Formula
Throw ice from pre-chilled glass into shaker. Shake firmly.
Strain mixture into cocktail glass
Finish off by adding a carved orange peel to top of glass as garnish
