Elderflower Gin Fizz Cocktail

Directions

1. Start off by pre-chilling a coupe glass by adding ice cubes or leave glass in the fridge while you make this cocktail
   

2. Peel lemon to use as garnish later
   

3. Squeeze 25ml fresh lemon juice

4. Add 20ml elderflower syrup

5. Add 50ml London Dry Gin

6. Add 1 dash bergamot bitters

7. Add ice to shaker, gently shake 4-5times
   

8. Double strain mixture into pre-chilled glass
   

9. Top off with 50ml Prosecco

10. Add lemon peel to glass as garnish
