I’m SUPER excited to get everyone’s favourite London beer garden up and running again soon (date TBC), with some safe and sound social-distancing measures in place.
Take a SNEAK PEAK at what we have in store…
It’s been a crazy few months for all of us…
Not least the hospitality sector and all the bars, pubs, cafes, restaurants and so on who’ve basically had to close their doors for months.
When lockdown happened we were hellbent on coming up with creative and innovative ways to serve our thirsty gin-loving customers…
And that saw us launch our much-loved Self-Isolation G&T Gift Set Boxes, which are still selling like gangbusters (over 1,000 orders and counting!).
As we move out of full-blown lockdown and restrictions are gradually eased, we’ve been working round the clock to organise our two venues (Elephant & Castle and Mayfair) so that they are adapted to the ‘new normal’ or whatever we call it for some time…

Unfortunately we won't be seeing scenes like that anywhere for a while! 😢
But...
I’m pretty pumped to announce that our London Gin and Beer Garden (inside Mercato Metropolitano, Elephant & Castle) which we share with our good pals German Kraft Beer, is going through a full blown makeover to ensure it is…
SAFE
And
ENJOYABLE
… for all our punters eager to enjoy some time outdoors this summer over a few G&T’s, beers and nice food.
This includes:
- Tables and seating with 2 metre social distancing ↔️
- Reduced safe capacity 💃🕺
- Staff with PPE 😷
- Hand Santisier stations stocked with Jim 'Hand' Tonic 80% alcoholic handrubs ✌️
... and STILL the same epic G&T's 🍹, fresh German beer 🍻 , and plenty of artisan restaurants 🥡 with outdoor drinking spaces throughout the beer garden 👍
We don’t yet have an exact date on when the Gin and Beer Garden will be open to the public but we’re listening to Government advice on when this will be feasible.
As it stands we think early July is likely BUT we’ll update you good folks as and when we hear more.
For now…
