How do we pick our GIN AND TONICs?

Quite simply we let our taste buds decide. The craft gins we serve are carefully selected, paired with a complementary tonic and unique garnish to give our menus depth and variety. Our drinks menu can be fully customised, but some of our house favourites and trusted combinations can be found in the sample menu below.

A true English gent of a G&T. William Chase Elegant gin, served fresh and crisp with a garnish of apple, juniper and Thomas Henry tonic.



Lady P is a fabulously flirtatious raspberry G&T. Pinkster gin accessorised with Fever-Tree Mediterranean tonic, raspberries and fresh mint.

A wild gal foraged from the Hebrides. The Botanist gin, Fentimans tonic sewn with a few sprigs of thyme and zesty lemon.



Ruby, Ruby, Ruby, Ruby! Could it be, could it be…the delicious Slingsby Rhubarb Gin? Finished with Fever-Tree Elderflower Tonic, raspberries and fresh basil.

The artisan young pretender amongst our G&T’s. The bonnie House of Elrick gin, served with Double Dutch Indian Tonic and a refreshing slice of orange.

A capricious G&T that combines Abelforth’s wonderfully fruity Bathtub Sloe Gin with Fever-Tree Sicilian Lemon Tonic and a garnish of lemon.
